Immediate Requirement

Internship Program

The qualified interns will research and prepare data for the company’s publications and organize and update existing research databases.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, update, and analyze economic data
• Research on details of real estate development projects
• Support department staff in researching, preparing data, and drafting publications including industry reports and monthly economic snapshots
• Contact data sources to resolve questions and inconsistencies or to find missing data

Qualifications:

• Be a current student pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Management, Statistics, or related fields, or a recent graduate of such a program.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to write and communicate effectively about economic research and data
• Ability and interest to work with large and varied data sets
• Strict attention to detail and quality management
• Interest in doing economic and demographic research under supervision of senior real estate development professionals
