The Opportunity

Join Havitas as our Marketing Manager serving both businesses—Havitas Developments (consultancy & development management) and Havitas Properties (property development). You’ll drive brand and demand across live and upcoming work: Aya Hills (Batangas), our upcoming San Juan, La Union project, and our expansion into modern affordable housing, while elevating the visibility of Havitas Developments’ services. What You’ll Do

  • Brand & content leadership: Sharpen positioning and build cohesive content calendars for both businesses.
  • Project marketing collaterals (priority): Websites, brochures, flyers, decks, site signages, event kits, and launch assets; ensure brand consistency.
  • Go to market & launches: Plan and execute launches, Investor’s Nights, Open Houses, and PR initiatives.
  • Digital marketing execution: Run campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Google Ads, SEO/website, and email/CRM.
  • Web & landing pages: Coordinate creation/updates for clear storytelling and lead capture.
  • On site creative production (hands on): Coordinate photo/video/drone shoots; manage shot lists, schedules, briefs, and approvals.
  • Cross brand support: Promote Havitas Developments’ services alongside project level campaigns for Havitas Properties.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience with strengths in brand/content and hands on campaign execution.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; strong experience considered.
  • License (nice to have): Licensed Real Estate Broker preferred but not required.
  • Location: Metro Manila based, willing to travel to Batangas, La Union, and Quezon Province.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates sites and project concepts for potential development
  • Undertake and manage feasibility studies in reference to a real estate project’s financial, legal, and technical aspects
  • Undertake and manage project conceptualization stage as part of the overall development process in coordination with Sales & Marketing, Technical, and Legal Departments
  • Monitors progress of ongoing projects thru the entire development process until project turnover – in particular, monitoring project timetable, periodic budgets and targets, and consistency to the Board-approved development concept and project brand

We are seeking a self-motivated & creative Marketing Assistant to join our real estate company. We are forming the nucleus of a new team that will eventually lead the company forward.

 

The Marketing Assistant will assist the Marketing Head in the planning, development and execution of marketing strategies for the company and related projects. With a strong focus on digital marketing, events, promotions, and communications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, online advertising & content marketing.
  • Coordinate and support events including organizing materials and suppliers.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of promo & incentive programs.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations both printed and digital.
  • Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media accounts

Admin Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interview and pre-qualify new sellers
  • Check validity requirements like TOR, NBI clearance and valid ID
  • Endorse new sellers for orientation
  • Handle orientation video presentation
  • Conduct orientation and newbie starter kit seminar
  • Assist new sellers with the procedure on how to complete their requirements with the company
  • Facilitate PKS, and Accreditation for all new sellers
  • Post ads in Marketplace, both recruitment and selling, rentals, etc.
  • Monitor leads from Social Media platforms
  • Screen and assist clients
  • Coordinate with the sellers on the needed requirements of each buyer
  • Coordinate and request commission
  • Follow up commissions
  • Support chat groups with special announcements, new projects and updates

  • Monitor project development and give updates to the sellers, with photos, and if there are changes.

  • Monitor inventory daily if all sales were encoded properly and update correspondingly.
  • Prepare awarding certificates and posters
  • Prepare weekly schedule of events for the team
  • Create and encourage everyday the broker leaders to create events every week to activate the network
  • Represent the sales head in broker meetings or events in case there is a conflict in schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Research on details of real estate development projects

  • Contact data sources to resolve questions and inconsistencies or to find missing data

 

Qualifications:
